The Wound and Hyperbaric Specialty Center
It's hard to live an active, healthy life when you have a painful wound.
The pain can keep you awake at night and distracted during the day. If
you have a sore, infection, a burn or other open wound that never seems
to get better, don't ignore it. If your wound has lasted more than
four weeks without some kind of medical intervention, we can help. At
Kingsbrook we are proud to offer a multi-disciplinary approach to healing
wounds. Our clinical team provides the most comprehensive, innovative,
and compassionate care possible. This approach utilizes the most advanced,
evidenced-based techniques and expert consultation from the most experienced
doctors in their field. Our skilled physicians have the ability to admit
wound care patients directly to our inpatient wound care service should
a wound require specialized and urgent treatment. Additionally, our wound
care surgeons are skilled at using state-of-the-art surgical techniques
to heal wounds. Some of the procedures that we offer our patients include:
- Wound Debridement

In addition to traditional approaches such as antibiotics, physical and
