Kingsbrook Jewish Medical CenterIs now offering our patientseasy and private access to their medical information online. You can view your personal health record whenever and wherever you have access to a Computer and the Internet!

Gain access to your private health information and receive periodic updates and reminders from your doctor on your personal e-mail address!

To gain access to your secure Patient Portal, simply sign up by providing us with a personal (non-work) e-mail address. If you do not have an email address, we can assist you in getting one or you can provide the email address of someone you authorize to access your portal.

You will be able to securely log in with your username and password, and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer with an Internet connection. If you are a patient of the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center Ambulatory Care Center, you can even gain access from your smartphone!
