Many diagnostic procedures performed at the hospital consist of two distinct parts - technical (use of hospital facilities and personnel) and professional (fees for physician services). There will be a separate bill for each of these portions. For the professional portion of a procedure, your physician, anesthesiologist, and radiologist will bill you directly.
