Kingsbrook offers expertise in surgical intervention in geriatric patients. Innovative endovascular stenting and minimally-invasive vascular, abdominal, gynecological and thoracic surgeries are available. The outpatient Non-Invasive Vascular Lab is certified by the NYS Department of Health and is one of the few certified labs in Brooklyn. The department has an independent Orthopedic Residency Training Program. The surgical staff meets modern academic standards through faculty teaching appointments and shared faculty with the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn.
